Track Order
Track Your Order
Easily track your order and stay updated on your delivery status. Our tracking system helps you monitor your shipment in real time, so you can check where your package is and when it’s expected to arrive. Keeping an eye on tracking updates can help you plan for delivery and avoid missed drop-offs.
👉 You can also review our Shipping Policy for more delivery details, including shipping timelines, destinations, and other important guidance.
To track your order, enter your order number and email address in the tracking box. Once submitted, you will see the latest updates about your shipment, including processing, shipping, and delivery stages. If you have multiple orders, be sure to use the details linked to the specific order you want to view.
What you’ll see in the tracking updates
Tracking updates can appear in different steps depending on the carrier and destination. Some statuses may repeat, and others may show only once. This is normal and simply reflects how the carrier scans packages during transit.
Common tracking stages include:
- Order confirmed / Processing: We’ve received your order and are preparing it for dispatch.
- Shipped / Dispatched: Your package has left our facility or has been handed over to the courier.
- In transit: The shipment is moving through the courier network and may pass through sorting hubs.
- Out for delivery: The courier is attempting delivery to your address.
- Delivered: The order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Order tracking gives you full visibility and peace of mind. You’ll know when your order is dispatched, when it’s moving through transit, and when it’s out for delivery. This makes it easier to plan your day and receive your package without confusion.
Tips for successful tracking
For the best results, copy your order number exactly as shown in your order confirmation email. Use the same email address that you entered during checkout, and double-check for typos or extra spaces. If you placed the order using a different email, the system may not be able to find it.
If you don’t see results right away, try refreshing the page or checking again later. Some carriers update tracking in batches rather than instantly. If your order includes multiple items, it may ship in more than one package, which can create separate tracking updates.
Why tracking may not show immediately
If your tracking details are not showing, please wait 24 to 48 hours after placing your order. Tracking information may take time to update after the shipping label is created or after the courier receives the parcel. During busy periods, scans can be delayed even though the shipment is already moving.
If the tracking page shows “not found” or no movement for a short time, it’s often because the carrier hasn’t completed the first scan. In some cases, international shipments may update less frequently while moving between countries or customs checkpoints.
If your order seems delayed
If your delivery is taking longer than expected, start by checking the latest tracking status for new scans or location changes. Delays can happen due to weather, holidays, high courier volume, remote delivery areas, or customs processing for international orders. A delay doesn’t always mean there is a problem—often, it simply means the next scan hasn’t been posted yet.
If there’s no tracking movement for several days, or if the shipment appears stuck at the same checkpoint, contact our support team with your order number. We’ll help you review the tracking and guide you on the next steps.
Delivery reminders
Make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment or unit numbers where needed. If your building uses a reception desk or parcel locker, consider checking there when tracking indicates delivery. If the courier attempts delivery when you’re away, they may leave the package in a safe place or schedule a re-delivery, depending on local service rules.
We are committed to providing a smooth shopping experience. Our track order feature is designed to ensure transparency and reliability for every customer, so you always know what’s happening with your shipment and what to expect next.
